Return Policy

1. To be eligible for return, Item should be unused and in original packing.
2. Deduction of INR 800 will apply on all returns.
3. Customers need to request returns on our WhatsApp customer support, Then we shall book a return shipment, Once approved by our QC team, the amount will be deposited to the customer’s account the same day.
4. If the product is used, damaged, or torn, the Customer needs to pay the charge of INR 800 and the product will be shipped back to the customer.
5. Customers can apply for return within 7 days of parcel delivery.

Exchange Policy
Customer can visit our Mumbai Office and exchange free of charge.

1. To be eligible for exchange, Item should be unused and in original packing.
2. The customer needs to request an exchange on our WhatsApp customer support, once requested our representative will book a return shipment, Once the product is approved for exchange by our QC team, a New pair will be shipped to the customer.
3. Customers who pay 100% payment in advance, will have one free exchange if needed. 
4. Charges of INR 600 will apply on next exchange.
5.  If the product is used, damaged or torn, Product will be returned to the customer with the deduction of an additional INR 600 charges.
6. Customers can apply for exchange within 7 days of parcel delivery.
