Return Policy
- To be eligible for return, Item should be unused and in original packing.
- Deduction of INR 800 will apply on all returns.
- Customers need to request returns on our WhatsApp customer support, Then we shall book a return shipment, Once approved by our QC team, the amount will be deposited to the customer’s account the same day.
- If the product is used, damaged, or torn, the Customer needs to pay the charge of INR 800 and the product will be shipped back to the customer.
- Customers can apply for return within 7 days of parcel delivery.
Exchange Policy
Customer can visit our Mumbai Office and exchange free of charge.
- To be eligible for exchange, Item should be unused and in original packing.
- The customer needs to request an exchange on our WhatsApp customer support, once requested our representative will book a return shipment, Once the product is approved for exchange by our QC team, a New pair will be shipped to the customer.
- Customers who pay 100% payment in advance, will have one free exchange if needed.
- Charges of INR 600 will apply on next exchange.
- If the product is used, damaged or torn, Product will be returned to the customer with the deduction of an additional INR 600 charges.
- Customers can apply for exchange within 7 days of parcel delivery.
